Preamble to the Constitution

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

According to the preamble above, this constitution

A. is established by the nation's citizens.

C. is established by all people of the world.


D. is established by the nation's legislature.

The first answer is A because it starts out with “ we the people of the United States”
The next answer is B because you can vote when you are 18 and to make good voting choices it is important to be knowledgeable about the problems or the world and future solutions

The preamble is established by the nation's citizens! Hence "We the People" (A)

The second one would be B, because it makes sense that one shouldn't vote if they have no clue what they are talking about.
