QU =AD

QD=AU

DU is a common side of the triangles QUD and ADU,

so all three sides of these triangles are congruent, so we need postulate SSS.

Answer is SSS.

SSS is the answer because the parallel sides are congruent and the line that divides the shape is reflexive and makes it congruent to itself...
