We are given

length of rectangle is 4x-3

width of rectangle is 6x+9

we know that

Area of rectangle = length of rectangle*width of rectangle

so, we can plug value

and we get

Area=(4x-3)*(6x+9)

now, we can distribute it

Area=4x*6x+4x*9-3*6x-3*9

now, we can simplify it

Area=24x^2+36x-18x-27

Area=24x^2+18x-27...............Answer
