Hello.

Remember, the Distributive Property states the following:

a(b+c)=ab+ac

So we multiply all terms in the polynomial by the common term.

Multiply:

21m(10-6m)

210m-126m²

Remember, m×m=m²

Hope everything is clear.

Let me know if you have any questions!

21m(10-6m)=\\ 21m*10-21m*6m=\\ 210m-126m^2=\\ -126m^2+210m

The last two steps are just me reordering it so it's in standard form.
