b = 73

if you look at it carefully if you take out the line that iss going in between the lines that make b and 73, then you see that they are just angles that are opposite which make them equal, I forgot the name of the exact theorem

The two angles, b and 73 are vertical angles so that means they must be equal to each other by the Vertical Angles Theorem. The theorem states that: vertical angles are congruent. Bases on this theorem, you can say that b = 73.
