A is wrong because water is polar, an example of nonpolar is oil, and everyone knows that oil and water do not mix! Their molecules just aren't attracted to each other.

B is wrong because, like I said, water is polar.

C is wrong because cellulose is one of the most abundant organic compounds on the Earth, and it's a major component of the cell walls in plant cells.
