A Running for partisan office is correct

Federal employee participation in certain partisan political activity was restricted by the Hatch Act. Certain restrictions were applied to the political activities during the entire time of an Employee’s federal services. However, most federal employees are permitted for active participation in partisan political management and campaigns. Hatch Act prohibits certain participation on all federal employees and they may not able to use the official title or may not seek office in partisan elections.
