To find the slope,we can use the point-slope form:

y1 - y2 = m(x1 - x2)
Where m is the slope.

In this case,the equation would be:
-9-2 = m(1-(-3))
-11 = m(1+3)
-11 = 4m
m = -11/4

Therefore the slope is -11/4.
