Use the slope formula:
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

1. (4, 9), (1, -6)

(-6-9)/(1-4) = (-15)/(-3) = 5

2. (2, 5), (6, 2)

(2-5)/(6-2) = (-3)/(4)

3. (4, 3.5), (-4, 3.5)

(3.5-3.5)/(-4-4) = (0)/(-8) =0

4. (1, -2), (-2, -5)

(-5-(-2))/(-2-1) =(-3)/(-3) = 1
