A Reflex action, is how the body may respond to something happening to it, or something they may think will happen to it. For instance, when you are tapped on the shoulder when you may feel no one else is in the room, you may gasp. You thought no one was in the room, but someone just tapped your shoulder. That is a small form of reflex.
Walking is one of the simplest actions a human learns in the early stages of development. Not much is needed when performing this action, except of course, lower body strength. Humans take thousands of steps every day, and believe it or not it is recommended you walk every day.
