PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

Muscular endurance allows you to

-engage muscles for only short periods of time
-carry a heavy object a long distance
-exert a lot of force all at one time
-perform few repetitions of heavy lifts

Hi!

Muscular endurance is how long your muscles can perform a task for, doing it for as long as possible. You would want to exert less force, and exert it over time, compared to muscular strength, which is doing a few repetitions, but trying your hardest doing so.

So with that definition, the correct answer would by carry a heavy object a long distance.
