In most of the numbers, there are | |. That is the sign for absolute value. Absolute value is the distance from a number to 0. The sign doesn't matter.
Example: |-6| = 6 The distance between -6 and 0 is 6.
|3| = 3
|-5| = 5
-8.56 = -8.56
-8 = -8
|-8| = 8
Now order them. Remember that negative numbers are first. The greater negative numbers come first.

First list the factors of both numbers:
49 - 1, 7, 49
50 - 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50
The bold numbers are the prime factors. Prime numbers are numbers that have 2 factors - 1 and itself. 1 is NOT a prime number.
49 has 1 prime factor and 50 has 2 prime factors.
50 has more prime factors
