Hey ,here is the answer to ur question....!
(a).p(that the first card is a queen)=4/52=2/26=1/13
P(the card is a queen if the sampling is done without replacement)=3/52
(B).p(the first card is a queen)=4/52=1/13
P(the second card is queen of the sampling is done with replacement)=1/13....
