For a reflection over the x-axis, use the x-axis as a mirror. Point A is 4 units vertically above the x-axis. Point D is 4 units vertically below the x-axis on the same vertical line as point A.

Answer: B. D

A line reflection is just mirroring the image across one of the axis lines. The x axis is horizontal.
If you mirrored point A over the x axis, it would then be placed at point D.
That makes your answer B. D
