My friend just sent me this message, telling me to figure out what it means. I have to figure it out before 07/03/19

The clues I have are:
It's an encoded message.

The number 64(he sent me a message saying "69-4)

Geneva auto show(he's going there on 07/03/19, hence the deadline)

It is not a link.

Please help me ASAP.

There are a few typos in there, can't tell if that's my inability to tell apart the Ls and the Is but you can tell what it's meant to say. It was encoded in base64.
