s is a half perimeter of a triangle.

For given triangle,

s = (16+8+10) /2 = 17,

and a= 16, b=8, c=10.

Now, we can use Heron´s formula,

A=√(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)) = √(17(17-16)(17-8)(17-10)) = √(17*1*9*7) = √(1071) ≈ 33

A = 33 square units
