The formula for finding area of a trapezoid is:

(a+b)/(2) h

Substitute all the variables:

(5.9+16.3)/(2) * 4.6 \rightarrow (22.2)/(2) * 4.6 \\ 22.2 / 2 = 11.1

Now multiply

11.1 * 4.6 = 51.06

Your answer is the 1st choice
