In a coin, there are 2 sides - heads and tails. The probability of getting a head is
(1)/(2)

In a number cube, there are 6 numbers. The probability of being a number is 1.

The 6 numbers in a number cube are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. There are 4 numbers less than 5. The probability of being less than 5 is
(4)/(6).

Now multiply the 3 probabilities together:

(1)/(2) * (1)/(1) * (4)/(6) = (4)/(12) \rightarrow (1)/(3)

Your answer is A.
