we are given

x-intercept is 3

so,

a=3

y-intercept is 2

b=2

now, we can intercept formula of line

(x)/(a) +(y)/(b)=1

now, we can plug

a=3 and b=2

(x)/(3) +(y)/(2)=1

now, we will get rid of denominators

so, we can multiply both sides by 6

6*(x)/(3) +6*(y)/(2)=6*1

2x +3y=6

we can also write it as

3y-6=-2x

so, option-D..................Answer
