I suppose that function is
y=7\cdot 6^(x+2)+1.

The function
y=6^x is increasing and takes positive values for all x. Then the function
y=7\cdot 6^(x+2)+1 is also increasing and takes positive values for all x. So, option B is incorrect, because this function is decreasing and options C and are incorrect, because there y can be negative.

Answer: correct choice is A.
