Hey!

The formula for finding volume of a prism is:

(1)/(2) abs \\ a = area \\ b = base \\ s = side

Put in the numbers:

(1)/(2) (14 * 7 * 4) = (1)/(2) 392

You have to find
(1)/(2) of 392. To do so, divide by 2.

392 / 2 = 196

The volume is 196 units

Good luck and hope this helps! :)

To find the volume of the prism, use the formula:

v = (1/2)(a)(c)(h)

a = height of the triangle

c = base of the triangle

h = side of the rectangle (not connected to the triangle).

1/2(14 x 7 x 4) = V

Simplify. Follow PEMDAS

1/2(392) = V

Simplify. Multiply 1/2 with 392 (or divide by 2)

392(1/2) = V

392/2 = V

V = 196

196 is your volume of the prism.

hope this helps
