Classical Conditioninf pairs 2 Stimulis, and operant only pairs behavior and response. Classical Conditioning will always work with involuntary responses; and operant conditioning works only with voluntary behaviors.

Operant conditioning is a learning process through which the strength of a behavior is modified by reinforcement or punishment. It is also a procedure that is used to bring about such learning
