we are given

2y=4x-6

Firstly ,we can write it in slope intercept form

y=mx+b

here ,

m is slope

b is y-intercept

we can write that equation into slope intercept form

2y=4x-6

we can divide both sides by 2

y=2x-3

now, we can compare it with

y=mx+b

and we get

m=2

b=-3

so, we got

slope is 2

y-intercept is -3..........Answer
