The equation of parabola is

x = a(y-h)^2+k

Where vertex is (h,k) .

And it is given that (h,k) =(-4,-1) and when x=2, y=0.

So we get

2 = a(0+1)^2 -4

a = 6

So the equation of the parabola is

x=6(y+1)^2-4

And the coefficient of square term is 6 here.

So the correct option is 6 .
