V=\pi R^2h

It's the formula of a volume of a cylinder :)

Put the values of r = 3 and h = 5 to the formula:


V=\pi\cdot3^2\cdot5=\pi\cdot9\cdot5=45\pi

To evaluate when plugging in numerical values for variables, simply put the numerical values in the place of the corresponding variables:


V = \pi \cdot 3^2 \cdot 5


\boxed{V = 45\pi \approx 141.37}
