The formula for the Volume of the cylinder =
\pi r^(2) h

where r is radius , h is height of the cylinder

Now as we can see in the figure

radius = 11 in

and height = 18 in

Let's plug these values in the formula

Volume of cylinder =
\pi r^(2) h=\pi (11)^(2) (18) = 3.14 *(121) * 18 = 6838.92 in^2

Second Option is the correct one
