We have to first find the zeros of the function

The zeros of the function are those points at which the graph of the function crosses or touches the x axis

In the figure we can see that graph crosses the x axis at 5 and 8

It means the zeros of the function are x=5 and x=8

So the factor should be

(x-5) and (x-8)

to write the factorization of the function we multiply the factors

So

factorization is

(x-5)(x-8)
