So we would first add all the data points and set them equal to x
129+113+ 200+100+105+132+ 100+ 176+146+ 152= x
So x = 1353
Now to find the 30 /90 percentile multiply x by .3/.9
So the 30th percentile should be 405.9
And the 90th percentile should be 1217.7
