For a better understanding of the solution provided here please find the three files that have been attached.

We are given the equation
-3x+2y=2

This equation can be simplified to represent
y in terms of
x as:

2y=3x+2

y=(3)/(2)x+1

To find three points that solve the equation, all that we need to do is to choose three convenient values of
x and solve the corresponding
y values. For this, we will make a table which has been attached as the first file.

As can be seen from the table, the three points that lie on the graph or in other words solve the equation are:
(-2,-2), (0,1), (2,4).

On a graph, mark these three points as shown on the graph in attachment 2.

Now, as a final step take a scale ruler and draw a straight line joining all the above three points. The resulting line will be the graph of the linear equation, -3x + 2y = 2.

The last attachment shows the final graph.
