How is the graph y=log(2x)+3 related to the graph of y=log(x)?

It is stretched horizontally by a factor of 2 and translated up 3.

It is compressed horizontally by a factor of 2 and translated up 3.

It is stretched vertically by a factor of 2 and translated up 3.

In y=log(2x)+3, because of 2 with x , that is because of 2 inside the function, there is a horizontal compressed by 2 units. And because of +3 with the function, the graph shifts to 3 units up .

So out of the given options, the correct option for the given transformation is the second option .
