a) So we are given 5 types of shoes and 5 different colors. So to find all of the combinations, we are going to multiply the number of types of shoes by the number of different colors available: 5 * 5 = 25 different combinations.

b) We are asked to find the probability of selecting a baseball shoe at random, and we know that there are 5 different types of shoes to choose from. Therefore, the probability of choosing a baseball shoe is
(1)/(5).

So the correct answer is B) 25,
(1)/(5)
