A=140^\circ, C=10^\circ, c=7^\circ

B = 180^\circ - A - C = 30^\circ

Law of Sines:

(a)/(\sin A) = (b)/(\sin B) = (c)/(\sin C)

a= c \cdot (\sin A)/(\sin C) = 7 \cdot (\sin 140)/(\sin 10) \approx 25.9

b = c \cdot (\sin B)/(\sin C) = 7 \cdot (\sin 30)/(\sin 10) \approx 20.2
