The point slope form for the line passing through the point
(x_(1), y_(1)) with the given slope m is given by
(y-y_(1)) = m (x-x_(1)).

We need to find the point slope form passing through the point
(-3,-7) and slope as
(-6)/(5) is:

(y-(-7))=-(6)/(5)(x-(-3))

(y+7)=-(6)/(5)(x+3)

5y+35=-6x-18

5y+6x =-53 is the required point slope form.
