They can be described as descendants from single ancestor species which lives six million years ago. Chimpanzees and humans evolved from common ancestors and their DNA has passed from generations which is nearly 98.8% but this DNA changed during a long span of time which gradually differs in the appearance and behavior of Chimpanzees and Human. However, there is similarity between the chromosome which result in the similar immune system and both can be infected by hepatitis and AIDS.
