A doctors behavior can affect the patient a lot.
In case for example a child goes to the doctor to get an injection, if the doctor is least interested in what he is doing and just comes and inject the child would cry and panic a lot. Obviously if the doc would keep the child diverted he or she might not even feel the pain.
So basically it can make a huge difference to the patient how well the medical professional treats them.
