we are given

(3x^2 y)^(-3)

firstly , we can make exponent positive

(1)/((3x^2y)^3)

now, we can distribute exponent

(1)/((3x^2)^3(y)^3)

(1)/((3)^3(x^2)^3(y)^3)

we can combine exponents

and we get

(1)/(27x^6y^3)...........Answer
