From my analysis of the cartoon, I can determine that the illustrator views Americans and Israelis as violent toward Palestinians, or B. We can figure this out because of a few key factors. The first is the word "Gaza." Gaza is a Palestinian territory that has long had high tensions with Israel. It is claimed by the State of Palestine and has a border with Israel. But, below the word, we can see some dead people that look like they are of Palestinian decent (based on their clothing). Now we can turn to see why all of these people are dead. We see a two men, one looking like the American, Uncle Sam, and the other one being from Israel (based on the words on his back). Since it is obvious that the American and Israeli are trying to hurt the Palestinians, we can see that the answer is C, views Americans and Israelis as violent toward Palestinians.
