Plzz help

Which equation represents this sentence? One-half the sum of a number and four is three less than the quotient of five and the number.
12n+4=3−5n
12(n+4)=3−5n
12n+4=5n−3
12(n+4)=5n−3

1/2 * (n+4) = (5n) - 3

B. when you say it out loud and write it as it sounds you will most likely get the right answer
