Can somebody help me answer question 16 and correct me if I am wrong on question 15 because I am very lost and confused

Can somebody help me answer question 16 and correct me if I am wrong on question 15 because-example-1

Ok, So for number 16

Cost/ C= 600

600= 80+ 13n Now subtract 80 from both sides 600-80= 520

520= 13n now just divide both sides by 13 520/13= 40

So the number of people in this group is 40

Now for number 15 Look at the attachment below, I prefer to show my work nicely :-)

Question 15: You are right!

given \: xd = y(l - d) \\ xd = yl - yd \\ yl = xd + yd \\ l = (x)/(y) d + d
So, option A is the correct answer.

Question 16: Given C = 80 + 13n
If the cost of the tour is $600 i.e. C = 600

600 = 80 + 13n \\ 13n = 600 - 80 = 520 \\ n = (520)/(13) = 40

Where n is the number of people in the group.
So, there are 40 people in the group.
