D. is definitely the right answer.

In set 0, all the numbers (2, 3, 5, 7) are all prime, and in between 0 and 10 (non-inclusive).

In set P, the condition is that x should be prime and in between 0 and 10 (non-inclusive).

As they're both the same, they can fit within one circle on the Venn diagram.
