let us first convert the mixed fraction into improper fractions

7
(2)/(3) =
(23)/(3)

15
(5)/(4)=
(65)/(4)

adding these two:

(23)/(3) +
(65)/(4)

here we first find lcd of 3 and 4, which is 12

converting both the fractions into lcd form

(92)/(12) +
(195)/(12)

=
(287)/(12)

Answer = 287/12
