Write the standard form equation in vertex form. Classify the type of equation it is.

(I believe it is a horizontal ellipse)
4x²+9y²+24x-36y+36=0

Please show work if possible!

I rewrote it in vertex form (I think). I don't remember how to classify ellipses, circles, etc.. (It's been a long time since I've seen these).
