Find slope of two lines:

Points: (0, 1200); and (3, 1350)

slope = y^2 - y^1/ x^2 - x^1

= 1350 - 1200/3 - 0

= 150/3

= 50

Y = 50n + b

Point: (0, 1200), Insert that in

1200 = 50 * 0 + b

b = 1200

1200 = b

Y = 50x + 1200

50 is the rate of change for Step1:

1200 is the initial value

Step 2:

y = 50x + 1200 is the slope intercept form equation.

Hope that helps!!!! Have a great day!!!!! : )
