The correct answer is B.

There are three types of claims:

- Claims of fact. They assert that a certain condition has existed, exists and will exist and they rely on factual information for support.

- Claims of value. They make a judgement, they approve or disapprove, attempting to prove that some action, belief or fact is right or wrong.

- Claims of policy. They argue that certain conditions should exist and advocate adoption of policies.

The example B is a statement of fact because it is based on factual information ( the time the monument has been located ), and it does not make any judgement about the monument as such.

Hey there!

Your answer is B.

This is because B, unlike the others, provides a fact with no opinion. The others say things like "it is wrong" or "absolutely should not", providing their opinion. B only states a fact and no more input on the matter.

Hope this helps!
