Greetings!

Here is how we simplify the following expression:

=(500)/(4(13)/(14))

First, convert the mixed number into a improper fraction. Not sure how to do that? Here is a guide:

→ Multiply the whole number by the denominator of the fraction:

(4)(14)=56

Add the product to the numerator of the fraction:

56+13=69

The improper fraction would be:
\boxed{(69)/(14)}

= (500)/((69)/(14))

Flip the numerator and denominator to turn the division into multiplication:

=(500)((14)/(69))

=((500)/(1))((14)/(69))

Multiply the numerators of the fractions by each other. Complete the same thing with the denominators. Example:
((x)/(y))((x)/(y))= ((x)(x))/((y)(y))

=((500)(14))/((1)(69))

=(7000)/(69)

The Answer is:

\boxed{=(7000)/(69)}

I hope this helped!
