To change a percent to a fraction, make the percent number the numerator and 100 as a denominator because percents are out of 100. Then simplify.

To change a percent to a whole number, the percent must be greater than 100. If it is less, than it can only be written as a decimal.
80% is less than 100%. To change percents to decimals, remove the % sign and move the decimal point 2 places to the left.

To change a percent to a mixed number, the percent must be greater than 100%. If it isn't, than it can only be written as a fraction(shown on top).
