4/5 It cant be written as any of the rest tho because its too small. Its 80% of 100% so 80/100. Then If you divide each by 10 its 8/10. If you divide each by 2 it is 4/5.

Hey!

To change a percent to a fraction, make the percent number the numerator and 100 as a denominator because percents are out of 100. Then simplify.

80 \% = (80 / 20)/(100 / 20) = (4)/(5)

To change a percent to a whole number, the percent must be greater than 100. If it is less, than it can only be written as a decimal.

80% is less than 100%. To change percents to decimals, remove the % sign and move the decimal point 2 places to the left.

80 \% = 0.8

To change a percent to a mixed number, the percent must be greater than 100%. If it isn't, than it can only be written as a fraction(shown on top).

Good luck and hope this helps!
