*** The problem that concerns me most is diabetes mellitus.
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that can not be cured but can be treated and controlled. It is caused by a lack or lack of use of a hormone called insulin.
*** Why?
Diabetes mellitus is a public health problem that can be prevented or reduced easily without the use of severe restrictions.
*** The measures to be taken to eradicate diabetes mellitus:
a decrease in the intake of sugars (especially refined sucrose) saturated fats (found in large quantities in fast-foods and prepared dishes)
an increase in the intake of dietary fiber found in fruit and vegetables (adapt a non-industrial natural product-based dietary regimen)
moderate physical activity (at least 30 min per day).
