\sf Hello!

\sf Width = 9\: cm

\sf Length = 20 \:cm

\sf Then,

\sf Perimeter \: of\: Rectangle :

=
\sf 2.(Length + Width)

=
\sf 2.(20 + 9)\: cm

=
\sf 2.(29)\: cm =
\sf 58\: cm

\sf Hence,

\sf Perimeter\: of\:the\:Rectangle \: is\: 58\: cm

The perimeter is the line around the shape. If the rectangle has a length of 9 as the width (on both of its short sides) and 20 as the length (20 on both of its long sides) all we’d have to do is add all four sides together to find the perimeter. 20+20+9+9=58

The perimeter of the rectangle is 58 cm
