88 + 29 = $117

Now I have $117 altogether

117 - 74 = $43

So I have spent $43 on the tickets.

If u had 88$ + 29$ that would be 117 . Now that u got 74 dollars left .you would take 117 ( the total beginning money ) and subtract it from 74 . Equation 117-74=43$ so you spent 43 on on summer tickets ​
