$3(1)/(2)-1(1)/(3)x=1\\\\(3\cdot2+1)/(2)-(1\cdot3+1)/(3)x=1\ \ \ |\cdot6\\\\3\cdot7-2\cdot4x=6\\\\21-8x=6\ \ \ |-21\\\\-8x=-15\ \ \ |:(-8)\\\\x=(15)/(8)\\\\x=1(7)/(8)$
